The Zinga AE03 is a high-efficiency AE Series spin-on hydraulic filter element engineered to provide superior contamination control in return line and suction-side hydraulic filtration applications. Designed for use with Zinga ZAF Series filter heads, this premium filter element utilizes advanced 3-micron cellulose filter media to capture fine particulate contamination and help protect pumps, valves, cylinders, and other critical hydraulic components from premature wear and damage.

Featuring a nominal filtration rating of 3 microns and an absolute efficiency rating of β7µ(c) = 75, the AE03 filter delivers exceptional particle removal performance, capturing approximately 98.7% of contaminants at the rated particle size while maintaining efficient fluid flow throughout the system. Its generous 420 square inches of filter media area provides high dirt-holding capacity, extended service life, and reduced maintenance intervals compared to lower-capacity filters.

The AE03 spin-on filter element measures 3.8 inches in outside diameter by 5.8 inches in overall height and utilizes a durable 1″-12 UN mounting thread for quick and reliable installation. A standard Buna-N gasket provides dependable sealing performance with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, while the rugged construction supports operating pressures up to 250 PSI with a maximum differential pressure rating of 50 PSID. The element is also rated for operating temperatures up to 250°F, making it suitable for demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.
