The Hyvair SSBV-12FP is an SS Series high pressure ball valve in stainless steel with a 3/4 in full port and female NPT pipe thread connections. The temperature rating is -30°F to 212°F.
A ball valve opens and closes with a quarter turn. The handle rotates a ball with a bore through its center. When the bore lines up with the ports, fluid flows. A 90 degree turn brings the solid side of the ball across the path and shuts the line. It is a direct way to isolate a branch or a section of a circuit.
