The Hyvair D05M-4T is a D05 series manual lever actuated directional valve. It is a 3 position, detented valve, and its spool function is P to A and B, T blocked.
A detented valve holds the spool where the operator puts it. Once the lever is moved to a position, it stays there until the operator moves it again, with no spring return to center. In the P to A and B, T blocked function, pressure is connected to both work ports while the tank port is closed.
Flow ratings are 12 gpm at 3,000 psi and 18 gpm at 1,000 psi. The P, A and B ports are rated to 3,000 psi. The T port is rated to 1,000 psi, so return line back pressure should stay within that figure.
The valve is rated for working temperatures from 40°F to 160°F.
The D05 series designation sets the mounting size. The valve installs on a D05 subplate or manifold station. Check the detented configuration and the spool function against your circuit drawing before ordering, since together they determine how the circuit behaves when the operator leaves the lever in place.
