The Hyvair D05M-2F is a D05 manual lever valve, a lever-actuated directional control valve that mounts to the standard NFPA D05 surface. It is a 3 position, 4-way valve with spring centering. In the center position, P is blocked and both A and B connect to T.
This center arrangement is a float center. With pressure blocked and both work ports open to tank, a cylinder or motor connected to A and B can move freely under external force when the valve is centered. Shifting the lever sends flow to one work port and returns the other to tank. Releasing the lever lets the springs bring the spool back to center.
The P, A and B ports are rated for 3,000 psi, and the T port is rated for 1,000 psi. Rated flow is 12 gpm at 3,000 psi and 18 gpm at 1,000 psi. Working temperature is 40 to 160 °F.
Because it uses the standard D05 mounting surface, the valve installs on any D05 subplate or manifold and interchanges with other D05 valves. The subplate is sold separately. Keep tank line pressure within the 1,000 psi T port rating, and size pump flow to the ratings above.
