Description
Cartridge-style, direct-acting spool valve engineered for compact common-cavity installations, offering pressure reducing and relieving functions in a single cartridge; designed for Cavity 10 with #8 SAE body porting and a typical flow capacity around 11.4 L/min, rated up to approximately 207 bar (3000 psi) in many configurations. The spool-based, adjustable spring setting provides controlled pressure reduction from port 2 to port 1 while continuously draining the spring chamber to port 3, and the valve will relieve excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 when the inlet exceeds the reducing setting by a small overpressure margin as specified in the datasheet.
The Cartridge Pressure Reducing Relieving Valve (LDPR-10-4-8T) simplifies manifold designs and protects downstream components by maintaining a stable reduced pressure setpoint and opening to tank on overpressure, reducing the need for separate relief plumbing and saving installation space. Its compact, serviceable cartridge form makes it ideal for mobile equipment, hydraulic power units, pilot-pressure control and industrial machinery where reliable pressure limiting and overload protection are required, delivering predictable performance and easier maintenance in common-cavity systems.
