Description
A cartridge-style direct-acting spool-type pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for common cavity 10-3 and rated to 207 bar (aluminum bodies; steel and ductile iron constructions available to 350 bar). It allows bi-directional flow from port 2 to port 1 with the spring chamber drained at port 3; when the preset downstream pressure at port 1 is reached the spool shifts to restrict input at port 2 and will relieve port 1 to port 3 at approximately 10 bar above the reducing setting. Standard spring ranges cover 5.5–145 bar with multiple presets, internal leakage from 2 to 3 is max 82 cc/min at ΔP 207 bar, temperature range −40°F to +250°F (−40°C to +120°C), and compatibility with mineral-based fluids 7.4–420 cSt (filtration per cleanliness guidelines recommended).
Cartridge Pressure Reducing Relieving Valve LDPR-10-21 delivers compact, manifold-mounted pressure control that combines accurate downstream pressure regulation with an integrated relief function for overload protection, reducing component count and saving installation space. Ideal for pilot supplies, secondary circuits, clamping, sequencing and other mobile or industrial hydraulic applications where stable pressure, low internal leakage and wide temperature/fluid compatibility are required.
