The Hyvair VT10 vertical hydraulic power unit reservoir, part number VT10, holds 10 gallons. It serves as the tank for Hyvair VT Series small hydraulic power units and ships as a tank only, for OEMs, machine builders and maintenance teams building or rebuilding compact units.
A reservoir does more work than storage. Returning fluid gets time to release air, shed heat and settle heavier contaminants before the pump draws it again. The VT10 stands upright and bolts down through four 0.39 in diameter holes in its base, set on a 12.99 x 10.24 in pattern.
A filler/breather, a level/temperature gauge and a magnet are included. The filler/breather caps the fill opening and filters the air the tank pulls in as fluid level changes. The gauge shows oil level and temperature at a glance, and the magnet collects ferrous particles inside the tank.
The motor, pump, relief valve, check valve and manifold are not included. Pair the tank with your own components to build or rebuild a compact power unit. Hyvair VT units run 1 to 3 HP AC motors with pumps from 0.7 to 3.5 gpm.
