Pressure Reducing Valve – PRC20-6FP-3K

The Hyvair PRC20 Pressure Reducing Valve, part number PRC20-6FP-3K, is a compact 3/8″ female-pipe valve designed to maintain a reduced downstream pressure with a standard adjustable range of 1000–3500 psi (3K function). It features an integral reverse-flow check, 1/4″ NPT drain and gauge/remote ports, a pressure-adjustment handle with lock nut, and a pilot flow of 0.25 gpm; the 3/8″ size supports a maximum inlet flow of 13 gpm (measured at 3000 psi). The valve is rated to 180°F (82.2°C), is recommended for petroleum-based fluids (ISO VG32–68) with 10‑micron filtration, and can be vented for remote pressure control.

Used where a stable reduced pressure is required downstream of a high‑pressure source, the PRC20-6FP-3K protects sensitive actuators, pilot circuits and auxiliary subsystems while allowing full reverse flow when needed thanks to the integrated check.
