The Hyvair PRC20-6FP-3K is a PRC20 Series pressure reducing valve that holds a downstream branch at a set pressure from 1,000 to 3,500 psi. It has 3/8 in female NPT ports, an integral reverse flow check and a 13 gpm maximum flow. Pilot flow is 0.25 gpm, and the valve is rated for fluid temperatures up to 180°F.
The valve keeps one part of the circuit below main system pressure. As outlet pressure rises toward the setting, the valve restricts flow from the inlet and holds the branch at that pressure, even when supply pressure runs higher. A small pilot stage controls the main stage and uses a steady 0.25 gpm of oil, which drains back to tank.
The integral reverse flow check gives oil returning from the reduced pressure side a free path back to the inlet, so return flow does not have to pass through the reducing stage.
This is the 3K range version, for branch pressures from 1,000 to 3,500 psi. The valve can be vented for remote pressure control. Its 3/8 in female NPT ports thread onto male pipe fittings for in-line mounting. Confirm your setting range, flow and fluid temperature before ordering.
