Pressure Reducing Valve – PRC20-6FP-1K

The PRC20-6FP-1K is a Hyvair PRC20-series pilot-operated pressure reducing valve configured with 3/8″ female pipe ports and an adjustable 100–1000 psi setting (1K function), featuring an integral reverse-flow check for unrestricted return flow and 1/4″ NPT gauge, drain and remote-control ports for easy monitoring and plumbing. The 3/8″ PRC20 unit supports up to 13 gpm (inlet @ 3000 psi) with a pilot flow of 0.25 gpm, is recommended for petroleum-based fluids (ISO VG32–68) with 10-micron filtration, and is rated to 180°F (82.2°C) with guidance for cold-start viscosities and remote venting for remote pressure control.

Designed to protect downstream circuits and deliver stable reduced pressure under varying load conditions, the PRC20-6FP-1K provides precise pressure control for pilot or secondary circuits, minimizes system wear, and simplifies system design by combining reduction and reverse-flow functionality in one compact valve. Typical applications include mobile and industrial hydraulic systems such as loaders, presses, control circuits and auxiliary circuits where consistent reduced pressure, remote adjustment or remote sensing is required, and where compatibility with petroleum hydraulic fluids and recommended filtration ensures long service life.
