Pressure Reducing Valve – PRC20-20FP-3K

Pressure Reducing Valve PRC20-20FP-3K is a PRC20-series hydraulic pressure reducing valve featuring a reverse-flow check and 1-1/4″ female NPT connections; the 3K function offers an adjustable downstream pressure range of 1,000–3,500 psi, with a maximum flow capacity of 66 gpm (inlet @ 3,000 psi) and a pilot flow of 0.4 gpm. Key features include 1/4″ NPT primary and secondary gauge ports, a remote control/vent port for remote pressure control, a drain port, a pressure adjustment handle with lock nut, and design limits such as recommended petroleum-based fluids (ISO VG32–68), 10‑micron filtration, and a maximum operating temperature of 180°F.

This valve provides stable, repeatable downstream pressure control to protect actuators, cylinders and sensitive hydraulic circuits while allowing high flow throughput for larger systems; the integrated reverse-flow check permits free flow when required and simplifies installation in bidirectional circuits.
