The Hyvair PRC20-12FP-3K is a PRC20 Series pressure reducing valve with 3/4 in female NPT ports and an integrated reverse flow check. Secondary pressure adjusts from 1,000 to 3,500 psi, with a 33 gpm maximum flow, a pilot flow of 0.25 gpm and a 180°F maximum fluid temperature.
The valve keeps one branch of a circuit at a set pressure below the main supply. As pressure at the outlet climbs toward the setting, the valve restricts flow from the inlet and holds the branch at that level, even when supply pressure is higher. A small pilot stage controls the main stage and uses a steady 0.25 gpm of oil, which drains back to tank.
The integrated reverse flow check lets oil return freely from the secondary side to the inlet, so return flow does not have to pass back through the reducing stage.
This is the 3K range version in the 3/4 in port size, for branch pressures from 1,000 to 3,500 psi at flows up to 33 gpm. The valve can be vented for remote pressure control. Its female NPT ports thread onto male pipe fittings for in-line mounting. Confirm your setting range, flow and fluid temperature before ordering.
