Pressure Reducing Valve – PRC20-12FP-3K

The PRC20-12FP-3K is a Hyvair PRC20-series pressure reducing valve designed for industrial hydraulic systems; this 3/4″ female-pipe valve features an adjustable secondary pressure range of 1000–3500 psi (standard 3K), an integrated reverse-flow check, 1/4″ NPT gauge and drain ports, and is ventable for remote pressure control. Key performance specs include a maximum flow of 33 gpm (inlet @ 3000 psi), pilot flow ~0.25 gpm, recommended fluids ISO VG32–68 (petroleum-based), 10-micron recommended filtration, cold-start viscosity limit 250 SUS, and a maximum operating temperature of 180°F (82.2°C).
