Pressure Reducing Valve – PRC20-12FP-1K

The PRC20-12FP-1K Pressure Reducing Valve is a 3/4″ female-pipe (FP) member of Hyvair’s PRC20 series designed to provide a stable, adjustable reduced downstream pressure (adjustable 100–1000 psi). It features a built-in reverse-flow check, 1/4″ NPT drain and gauge ports, remote control/venting capability, and a pilot flow of 0.25 gpm; the 3/4″ size supports a maximum inlet flow of 33 gpm (inlet @ 3000 psi). The valve is specified for petroleum-based fluids (ISO VG32–68), recommended filtration of 10 micron, cold-start viscosity limits, and a maximum fluid temperature of 180°F, making it suitable for robust hydraulic installations.

By maintaining a precise, adjustable secondary pressure and incorporating a reverse-flow check, the PRC20-12FP-1K protects downstream components and simplifies circuit design where lower pilot or service pressures are required; remote venting allows pressure control from a distance.
