The Hyvair POR20-12FP-3K is a pilot operated relief valve from the POR20 Series with 3/4 in female NPT ports. Its setting adjusts from 1,000 to 3,500 psi, it handles flows from 2 gpm minimum to 50 gpm maximum, and it is rated for fluid temperatures up to 180°F.
A relief valve limits system pressure. It stays closed until pressure reaches the setting, then opens to pass flow to tank and hold pressure at that level. In a pilot operated relief, a small pilot stage senses system pressure and controls a larger main stage that carries the flow. That lets the valve handle high flow while holding its setting closer to steady than a direct acting relief of the same size.
The listed flow range matters when you size the valve. Below the 2 gpm minimum, the main stage may not regulate as intended, so match the valve to the flow your pump actually delivers.
The 3/4 in female NPT ports thread onto male pipe fittings, so the valve can mount in line with no manifold. Use a suitable thread sealant on assembly. Confirm your pressure setting, flow and fluid temperature against these ratings before ordering.
