Pilot Operated Relief Valve – POR20-12FP-3K

The POR20-12FP-3K is a Hyvair POR20-series pilot-operated relief valve in the 3/4″ (12) size engineered for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems, featuring a pilot-controlled main stage for stable, low-differential operation and serviceable construction for field maintenance. It is specified for a standard pressure range around 1000–3500 psi, a maximum flow of approximately 50 gpm for the 3/4″ size, available in female NPT/SAE porting, and is recommended to be used with 10-micron filtration with a maximum operating temperature near 180°F.

By using a pilot stage and adjustable orifice, the POR20-12FP-3K delivers accurate, repeatable pressure control with reduced system shock and improved stability under high-flow conditions compared with direct-acting alternatives, helping extend pump and component life and maintain consistent system performance.
