Pilot Operated Relief Valve – POR20-12FP-1K

The POR20-12FP-1K Pilot Operated Relief Valve is a POR20-series, pilot-operated safety valve with 3/4″ female NPT ports and an adjustable 1K pressure range (350–1000 psi). It delivers up to 50 gpm (minimum flow 2.0 gpm for the 3/4″ size), is recommended for petroleum-based fluids ISO VG32–68, requires 10‑micron filtration, supports cold starts to 250 SUS, and has a maximum operating temperature of 180°F (82.2°C); the POR20 family also offers venting for remote pressure control and an optional D03 solenoid control for electrical operation.

Designed for stable pressure regulation and high-capacity relief with reduced chattering compared with direct-acting designs, the POR20-12FP-1K protects pumps and system components, dampens pressure spikes, and minimizes pump cycling—making it well suited for hydraulic power units, mobile equipment circuits, manifolds and other industrial hydraulic systems. Remote venting and solenoid-control options enable integration into automated or remotely controlled systems, while the valve’s flow and filtration recommendations ensure reliable service in demanding petroleum-based fluid applications.
