The Hyvair SBV-32FS is a high pressure steel ball valve with a 2 in full port and female SAE connections. It is a 2-way, in-line valve from the S Series, built for hydraulic service. A quarter turn of the handle rotates the ball to open or close the line, which makes the valve a simple way to isolate part of a circuit.
The valve uses a round-body steel design with a full-bore ball. Because the bore matches the 2 in port size, the open valve adds little restriction to flow and keeps pressure drop low. Steel construction gives the body the strength a high pressure line calls for.
The ports are #32 female SAE straight thread. SAE straight-thread ports seal with an O-ring on the mating male fitting rather than on the thread itself, a common choice for hydraulic lines that need a leak-free joint.
The temperature rating is 14 to 212°F. Confirm the pressure rating for this size against your system’s working pressure before installation. When open, the valve gives full flow; when closed, it gives positive shutoff for isolation duty.
