The Hyvair Solenoid Pilot Operated Directional Valve D07S-2F-230A-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D07 solenoid pilot operated directional valve, part number D07S-2F-230A-35, uses a D03 solenoid pilot stage to shift a large main spool on the NFPA D07 / ISO 4401-07 pattern, rated to 4600 psi and 80 gpm at 3045 psi. Two solenoids shift the spool in either direction, and springs return it to center, where P is blocked while A and B are open to T. The actuator can float in center.
It is configured for internal pilot and internal drain. The 230 VAC pilot coils wire into an electrical box with a terminal strip and indicator lights. The oil-immersed pilot solenoid runs quietly, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Pilot pressure runs from 72.5 to 3043 psi, and Hyvair designs the valve for 20 million spool shifts.
The tank port is rated to 2029 psi / 140 bar. Recommended filtration is ISO 4406 21/18/15. Fluid temperature range is -22 to 176 °F with NBR seals and -4 to 176 °F with FPM seals. Fluid viscosity range is 98 to 1840 SUS.
