The Hyvair Solenoid Operated Directional Valve D05S-1A-115A-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D05 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D05S-1A-115A-35, mounts on the NFPA D05 / ISO 4401-05 pattern and is rated to 5000 psi and 34.1 gpm. As a single solenoid, 2 position spring offset valve, it provides a P to A, B to T flow path, closed in transition.
It runs on a 115 VAC coil wired into an electrical box with a terminal strip and indicator lights. AC coils run on 50 or 60 Hz without rewiring. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, twin tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.
The tank port is rated to 2320 psi. The coil operates within 80 to 120 V. Coil holding power is 34 to 42 W. Recommended filtration is 25 micron or finer. Fluid temperature range is 41 to 140 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
