The Hyvair Solenoid Operated Directional Valve D05S-2C-230A-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D05 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D05S-2C-230A-35, mounts on the NFPA D05 / ISO 4401-05 pattern and is rated to 3600 psi and 18.5 gpm. Two solenoids shift the spool in either direction, and springs return it to center, where P is open to T while A and B are blocked. Pump flow unloads to tank at low pressure in center.
It runs on a 230 VAC coil wired into an electrical box with a terminal strip and indicator lights. AC coils run on 50 or 60 Hz without rewiring. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, twin tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.
The tank port is rated to 2320 psi. The coil operates within 180 to 240 V. Coil holding power is 32 to 36 W. Recommended filtration is 25 micron or finer. Fluid temperature range is 41 to 140 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
