The Hyvair Solenoid Operated Directional Valve D03SD-1AY-24D-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D03 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D03SD-1AY-24D-35, mounts on the NFPA D03 / ISO 4401-03 pattern and is rated to 5000 psi and 17.1 gpm. As a single solenoid, 2 position spring offset valve, it provides a P to A, B to T flow path, open in transition.
It runs on a 24 VDC DIN coil, and the DIN 43650 / ISO 4400 connector is supplied. DC coils are not polarity sensitive. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, the Double Loop tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.
The tank port is rated to 3040 psi. The coil operates within 21.6 to 26.4 V. Coil holding power is 30 W. Recommended filtration is 25 micron. Fluid temperature range is -4 to 158 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
