The Hyvair Solenoid Operated Directional Valve D03S-3A-12D-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D03 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D03S-3A-12D-35, mounts on the NFPA D03 / ISO 4401-03 pattern and is rated to 5000 psi and 26.4 gpm. Two solenoids shift the spool between two detented positions with no center. Hyvair advises keeping power maintained, since the detent only holds the start-up position.
It runs on a 12 VDC coil wired into an electrical box with a terminal strip and indicator lights. DC coils are not polarity sensitive. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, the Double Loop tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.
The tank port is rated to 3040 psi. The coil operates within 10.8 to 13.2 V. Coil holding power is 30 W. Recommended filtration is 25 micron. Fluid temperature range is -4 to 158 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
