The Hyvair LB-10-2-A-8T is an aluminum line body for 2-way cartridge valves in a C10-2 cavity, with SAE 8 body porting. It is precision machined to accept industry-common L Series cartridge valves in size 10 with a 2-way flow path.
The body is anodized 6061-T6 aluminum and is rated to 3,000 psi. A locating shoulder in the cavity gives positive cartridge alignment, and the compact footprint fits tight spaces.
A line body lets a cartridge valve be installed inline, without a custom manifold. The cartridge threads into the cavity, and the SAE 8 ports connect the body to the rest of the circuit with standard SAE 8 fittings. Changing or servicing the valve is a matter of removing the cartridge, and the design keeps leak paths to a minimum.
Because the C10-2 cavity is industry common, the body accepts a range of cartridges, including solenoid, relief, check and flow control valves in that cavity size. That makes it useful for compact hydraulic manifolds and line-mounted circuits where space and serviceability are priorities.
