The LSV6-16-2NCRP-2H-12T is a solenoid-operated, 2-way / 2-position normally-closed poppet-type cartridge valve built for high-pressure hydraulic systems; the valve functions as a check from port 1→2 when de-energized and, when energized, the poppet lifts to allow flow 2→1 while still permitting 1→2 flow, and includes an optional detented manual override. It is designed for a 16-2 cavity, continuous-duty DIN-style coil and SAE-12 body porting, rated to 350 bar (≈5076 psi) with internal leakage ≤3 drops/min, a wide temperature range (‑40 °C to +100 °C), continuous coil duty tolerance, and compatibility with mineral-based fluids (7.4–420 cSt).
Because of its poppet-check/solenoid action and low leakage, the LSV6-16-2NCRP provides reliable load-holding, anti-drainback and fast directional control in compact cartridge manifolds, making it ideal for mobile and industrial applications such as construction and agricultural equipment, material-handling systems, and OEM hydraulic manifolds and pilot circuits where high pressure, compact size and industry-common cavity interchangeability are required. The 24V DIN coil and SAE‑12 porting option (as indicated by the -2H-12T suffix) simplify installation and retrofitting into standard line bodies and manifolds, while the robust construction and wide operating envelope support demanding duty cycles and extended service life.
