Cartridge Solenoid Valve – LSV2-10-2NOP

The LSV2-10-2NOP Cartridge Solenoid Valve is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, 2-position, normally open poppet-style cartridge designed for 10-2 cavities. When de-energized it permits flow from port ② to ① while severely restricting ① to ②; when energized the poppet closes on its seat to block ② to ① and will allow ① to ② flow only after overcoming solenoid force. Key specifications include a max operating pressure of 207 bar, temperature range -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C), internal leakage of max 3 drops/min at 207 bar, compatibility with mineral-based fluids (7.4–420 cSt), optional body materials (6061‑T6 aluminum rated to 207 bar; steel and ductile iron rated to 350 bar), and continuous coil duty from 85%–115% of nominal voltage; a manual override option is also available for local actuation.

This cartridge’s compact, cavity-mounted design delivers reliable directional control with low internal leakage and robust poppet sealing—ideal for manifold installations where space and leak-tight performance matter.
