Cartridge Shuttle Valve – LSLV-10

The Cartridge Shuttle Valve, part number LSLV-10, is a compact slip-in/threaded cartridge designed to automatically select the higher-pressure inlet and route it to a common outlet. It features a three-port, two-position shuttle function in a size-10 cartridge body for installation in standard cavities, a robust pressure rating in the ~3000–3480 psi range and an extended operating temperature window (approximately -30°F to +250°F / -35°C to +120°C), with low leakage and rugged construction suited for heavy-duty hydraulic circuits.

This design provides reliable, automatic switching between dual pressure sources to protect and control downstream functions—commonly used to divert pressure from a bidirectional hydraulic motor to a pressure-released brake, and for winch, hoist, motor-brake control and backup-supply selection in mobile and industrial systems.
