Description
The Cartridge Pilot Operated Relief, part number LPSRV-10-20, is a cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type relief valve designed for cavity 10-2 and rated to 350 bar; standard spring ranges cover 7–28, 21–138, 28–207 and 41–350 bar (with presets), operating temperature −40°F to +250°F, compatibility with mineral-based fluids, steel/ductile iron body construction, internal leakage max 82 cc/min to 80% of nominal setting, and a reseat pressure around 85% of cracking at 0.25 gpm.
The valve’s pilot-operated spool design uses a pilot flow to create a pressure differential across the spool so the valve opens at its set cracking pressure to protect the circuit from overpressurization, delivering stable and precise pressure control with low internal leakage and cartridge-format convenience for manifold installation; it is suited for mobile and industrial hydraulic power units, manifolds, presses, lifting equipment and other systems requiring reliable adjustable overpressure protection.
