Cartridge Double Pilot Check Valve – LDPC-08

Compact cartridge-style, dual pilot-operated check configured for cavity 08-4 with a 2.5:1 pilot ratio that requires at least 40% of load pressure at the pilot lines to open the flow passage; it blocks flow from port ① to ② and from ④ to ③ while permitting flow in the opposite direction when pressure is applied to port ② and/or ③. Operating pressure is rated up to 207 bar for 6061-T6 aluminum bodies (up to 350 bar with steel or ductile iron), with selectable crack pressures (0.4 or 3.4 bar), internal leakage of max 2 drops/min at 350 bar, compatibility with mineral-based fluids of 7.4–420 cSt, and a wide temperature range of -40°F to +250°F (-40°C to +120°C).

Designed to provide secure load holding, backflow prevention and pilot-to-open control in compact manifold and cartridge installations, the Cartridge Double Pilot Check Valve LDPC-08 enables remote release of actuators and safer, more stable hydraulic circuits while minimizing seepage and system bleed. Its cartridge form factor and robust pressure/temperature ratings make it well suited for mobile equipment, industrial machinery, valve manifolds and function-block applications where reliable load control and space-saving installation are priorities.
