Cartridge Direct, Bi-Directional Relief Valve – LBRV2-10-24

Cartridge Direct Bi‑Directional Relief Valve, part LBRV2-10-24, is a cartridge-style, direct-acting, dual cross‑over relief valve in a single cartridge format designed to relieve excess pressure from either port and transmit flow to the opposite port when the nominal setting is exceeded. The LBRV2-10-24 uses Spring Range “24” (300–2400 psi / 20–168 bar, preset 1000 psi / 69 bar), is rated to a 240 bar operating pressure, features a 10-2 cavity, offers optional SAE and G port sizes, and accepts either a 1/4″ hex adjustment or a 1.5″ diameter knob; back pressure at either port affects the opposite port on a 1:1 basis and preset correlation is measured at port ②.

The compact cartridge design delivers dependable over‑pressure protection and simplified installation for bidirectional or crossover circuits, making it well suited for mobile equipment, industrial machinery, cylinder circuits, counterbalance and load‑holding applications where space and reliable bi‑directional protection are critical; temperature range, fluid compatibility (mineral oils, 7.4–420 cSt), low internal leakage and solid housing material options (aluminum, steel, ductile iron) further ensure durability across operating conditions.
