3:1 pilot-ratio, standard-capacity screw-in cartridge designed for 15 gpm (60 L/min.) service with a T-11A cavity; adjustable functional setting range (H option) of 1000–4000 psi with a 3000 psi factory set and reseat greater than 85% of setting. The design incorporates a pilot-assisted relief with a check for free flow from the directional valve to the load, selectable 25 psi or 4 psi check cracking pressures, Sun floating-style construction to minimize binding during installation, and corrosion-resistant material/coating options; typical cartridge leakage, bleed-through characteristics and installation torque/hex sizes follow industry cartridge specifications for reliable, serviceable operation.
