Pilot-assisted, cartridge-style counterbalance designed for precise control of overrunning loads, featuring a built-in check that allows free flow from port 2 to port 1 and a direct-acting, pilot-assisted relief that controls flow from port 1 to port 2 with pilot assist at port 3 to lower the effective relief setting per the pilot ratio.

Rated for 60 L/min (C series) with the LCBCA 3:1 pilot-ratio variant, maximum setting up to 280 bar and a recommended maximum load pressure around 215 bar, the LCBCA-H spring range (1,000–4,000 psi preset to 3,000 psi) provides selectable control, while low internal leakage (~5 drops/min), SUN T-11A cavity compatibility and SAE-8 (8T) body porting enable compact manifold installation and reliable operation from -40°C to +120°C.

The Cartridge Counterbalance Valve LCBCA-H-8T delivers secure load holding and smooth lowering by preventing overrunning motion and offering adjustable, stable relief settings with reseat performance exceeding 85% of set pressure when standard set, improving safety and positional stability in hydraulic actuators.
