The Hyvair BD08-H2 is a B Series bolt kit for mounting a D08 solenoid valve on top of two modular valves. The kit holds six 1/2-13 socket head cap screws. The screws pass through the solenoid valve and both modular sections, then thread into the D08 manifold or subplate to clamp the full stack.
The D08 interface uses six mounting bolts, and each modular valve adds height to the stack. Bolt length has to match the number of sections. A screw that is too short leaves too little thread engagement in the manifold, while one that is too long can bottom out before the stack is clamped. The BD08-H2 is sized for one solenoid valve and two modular valves.
Recommended tightening torque is 500 to 600 in-lb. Bringing all six screws into that range gives even clamping force across each interface. That keeps every layer seated on its seals and aligned with the manifold passages, which helps prevent leaks and valve misalignment.
