The Hyvair BD08-H0 is a B Series bolt kit for mounting a D08 solenoid valve directly to a manifold or subplate. The kit contains six socket head cap screws with 1/2-13 threads. It is matched to a valve with no modular valves stacked beneath it.
The six screws cover the bolt pattern of one D08 valve, so one kit serves one valve station. Because the kit is for zero modular sections, the screws pass through the valve body and thread straight into the mounting surface.
Recommended tightening torque is 500 to 600 in-lb. Bringing all six screws evenly into that range spreads clamping force across the valve and mounting surface. That keeps the valve seated on its seals and aligned with the passages below.
Bolt length has to match the stack height. A screw that is too short leaves too little thread engagement, and one that is too long can bottom out before the valve is clamped. If you add modular valves under the D08 valve later, the stack gets taller and needs a longer kit matched to the number of sections.
Socket head cap screws drive with a hex key, which helps where space around the valve is tight. Order the BD08-H0 for new D08 valve stations, service replacements and retrofits where the valve mounts on its own.
