The Hyvair BD05-H1 is a B Series bolt kit for a D05 solenoid valve with 1 modular valve. The kit is a set of 4 socket head cap screws with a 1/4-20 thread and a length of 3.6 in.
A modular valve installed between a directional valve and its manifold or subplate raises the valve. The bolts that came with the valve alone will no longer reach the mounting surface. This kit provides bolts sized for a D05 solenoid valve with one modular valve under it.
Each bolt is a socket head cap screw tightened with a hex key. The bolts have a 1/4-20 thread, and the 3.6 in length matches the height of the valve plus one modular valve.
The recommended torque is 105 in-lbs. Tighten the four bolts evenly in a cross pattern so the valve and modular valve seat flat and the O-rings compress uniformly.
Make sure the kit matches the valve size, since this kit is made for D05 valves. Count the modular valves in the stack before ordering, since a different count calls for a different bolt length.
