The Hyvair BD05-H0 is a B Series bolt kit for mounting a D05 size solenoid valve directly to a hydraulic manifold or subplate. The kit holds four 1/4-20 socket head cap screws, each 1.50 in long. It is sized for a valve with no modular valves stacked beneath it, so the screws pass through the solenoid valve body and thread straight into the mounting surface.
Bolt length matters on a D05 station. A screw that is too short leaves too little thread engagement in the manifold. One that is too long can bottom out in the tapped hole before the valve is clamped tight. The BD05-H0 length matches a single valve with zero modular sections, the simplest D05 mounting arrangement.
Recommended tightening torque is 105 in-lb. Bringing all four screws to that value gives even clamping force across the valve and manifold interface. That keeps the valve seated on its seals and held in line with the manifold passages.
Socket head cap screws drive with a hex key, which is useful where there is little room around the valve. If you later add modular valves between the solenoid valve and the manifold, the stack gets taller and needs a longer bolt kit matched to the number of modular sections. Order the BD05-H0 for new D05 valve stations, service replacements and retrofits where the valve mounts on its own.
