The Hyvair BD03-H4 is a B Series bolt kit for a D03 solenoid valve with 4 modular valves. It includes a set of 4 socket head cap screws with a 10-24 thread, each 8.2 in long.
Stacking modular valves under a directional valve adds height between the valve and its mounting surface. The bolts have to reach through the full stack and into the manifold or subplate. This kit supplies bolts long enough for a D03 solenoid valve with four modular valves stacked beneath it.
The four bolts are socket head cap screws, driven with a hex key. They have a 10-24 thread. The 8.2 in length is set for the valve plus four modular valves.
Recommended torque is 40 in-lbs. Tighten the bolts evenly in a cross pattern so the stack seats flat and the O-rings between each section compress evenly. Uneven tightening can leave a gap at one corner of the stack.
Count the modular valves in your stack before ordering, because the bolt length depends on that number. This kit is sized for four.
