This Hyvair D08 modular needle valve with check, part number D08-NC1-P, throttles flow in the P port, with a check for free flow in the reverse direction.
The steel body mounts on the NFPA D08 / ISO 4401-08 pattern and is rated to 3000 psi with 50 gpm nominal flow. A uniform 3.35 in body thickness keeps stacks clean and reduces the number of bolt kits needed.
Recommended filtration is 25 micron or less, ISO 18/15. Fluid temperature range is 40 to 160 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 300 SUS.
