The Hyvair Air Pilot Operated Directional Valve D05A-3A-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D05 air piloted directional valve, part number D05A-3A-35, shifts its spool with air pressure from 20 to 250 psi and is rated to 5000 psi and 40 gpm. Two pilot operators shift the spool between two positions with no spring; the detent holds the last shifted position.
Air operators shift at low pressure with quick response, and a manual override and breather filter vents come standard. Pilot ports are 1/8 in NPT female. It mounts on the NFPA D05 / ISO 4401-05 pattern and cycles up to 200 times per minute. The tank port is rated 300 psi including surges.
Recommended filtration is 25 micron or finer, ISO 18/15. Fluid temperature range is 40 to 160 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 300 SUS.
