The Hyvair D03-PF1-P is a D03 modular pressure filter assembly with a visual indicator and a 10 micron element. It cleans fluid in the P line of a valve stack. The filter sandwiches between the subplate and the directional valve, so pump supply passes through the element before it reaches the valve above. The A, B and T ports pass straight through the body without filtration.
The standard assembly ships with a 10 micron element, part number D03-PFE-1, and a visual clogging indicator, part number PF1-VI. As the element loads with contamination, the indicator gives a visible signal at the stack. Maintenance staff can check element condition by looking at the filter instead of opening it. When the element needs service, D03-PFE-1 is the matching replacement part.
Because the filter adds a layer to the stack, it mounts with longer bolts than a valve alone. The specified mounting hardware is 10-24 x 3.75 in socket head cap screws with high collar lock washers, sized for a stack of this filter and one solenoid valve. A taller stack with more modular valves calls for a different bolt length.
The D03-PF1-P follows the D03 pattern, so it fits between a D03 subplate or manifold and a D03 directional valve. Placing filtration at the valve station protects that valve from dirt carried in the pressure line.
