The Hyvair Air Pilot Operated Directional Valve D03A-2C-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D03 air piloted directional valve, part number D03A-2C-35, shifts its spool with air pressure from 20 to 250 psi and is rated to 5000 psi and 12 gpm. Two pilot operators shift the spool in either direction, and springs return it to center, where P is open to T while A and B are blocked. Pump flow unloads to tank at low pressure in center.
Air operators shift at low pressure with quick response, and a manual override and breather filter vents come standard. Pilot ports are 1/8 in NPT female. It mounts on the NFPA D03 / ISO 4401-03 pattern and cycles up to 200 times per minute. The tank port is rated 300 psi including surges.
Recommended filtration is 25 micron or finer, ISO 18/15. Fluid temperature range is 40 to 160 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 300 SUS.
