The Hyvair Air Pilot Operated Directional Valve D03A-3A-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D03 air piloted directional valve, part number D03A-3A-35, shifts its spool with air pressure from 20 to 250 psi and is rated to 5000 psi. Two pilot operators shift the spool between two positions with no spring; the detent holds the last shifted position.
Air operators shift at low pressure with quick response, and a manual override and breather filter vents come standard. Pilot ports are 1/8 in NPT female. It mounts on the NFPA D03 / ISO 4401-03 pattern and cycles up to 200 times per minute. The tank port is rated 300 psi including surges.
Recommended filtration is 25 micron or finer, ISO 18/15. Fluid temperature range is 40 to 160 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 300 SUS.
