This Hyvair D03 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D03SD-5HR-115A-35, mounts on the NFPA D03 / ISO 4401-03 pattern. A single solenoid shifts the spool from a spring centered position, where all ports are open, to one working position. The R code places the coil on the opposite side of the valve.

It runs on a 115 VAC DIN coil, and the DIN 43650 / ISO 4400 connector is supplied. AC coils run on 50 or 60 Hz without rewiring. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, the Double Loop tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.

The tank port is rated to 3040 psi. The coil operates within 80 to 120 V. Coil holding power is 25 W at 110 V 50 Hz, 22 W at 110 V 60 Hz, 28 W at 120 V 60 Hz. Recommended filtration is 25 micron. Fluid temperature range is -4 to 158 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
