D03 Single Solenoid Operated Directional Valve – DIN Coil Type, 2 Position Spring Centered – All Ports Open – 24VDC – D03SD-5H-24D-35

The Hyvair D03SD-5H-24D-35 is a D03 Series 35 single solenoid operated directional valve with a 24 VDC DIN coil. It mounts on the NFPA T3.5.1.MR1-D03 / ISO 4401-03 interface. In this 2 position design, a spring centers the spool and one solenoid moves it to the working position.

Spool code 5H opens all ports in center. With P, A, B and T connected, pump flow can pass to tank and the actuator floats until the solenoid is energized.

The 24 VDC coil has a permissible range of 21.6 to 26.4 V and a holding power of 30 W. Its 3-pin DIN 43650 Form A / ISO 4400 connector is supplied with the valve. DC coils are not polarity sensitive. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, the plug-in coil changes out without disturbing the wiring, and a push pin manual override allows hand shifting.

Double Loop tank channels reduce pressure drop, and the tank port is rated to 3040 psi. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts. Recommended filtration is 25 micron. The valve is rated for fluid temperature from -4 to 158 °F and viscosity from 80 to 1400 SUS. A mounting bolt kit is included.
