Cartridge Solenoid Valve – LSV6-16-2NCSP-2H-12T

A solenoid-operated, 2-way/2-position, normally closed poppet-style cartridge valve, the LSV6-16-2NCSP-2H-12T is a bi-directional insert designed for manifold mounting; when de-energized it blocks flow in both directions and when energized the poppet shifts to allow flow either way. Key features include a 16-2 cavity size, rated maximum operating pressure of 350 bar, very low internal leakage (max. 5 drops/min at 350 bar), wide temperature range (-40°C to +100°C), compatibility with mineral-based fluids (7.4–420 cSt), steel and ductile iron body construction, continuous-duty coil rating (85–115% of nominal voltage), and an optional manual override with detent for maintenance and testing.

The valve delivers tight shutoff and reliable bi-directional flow control for demanding hydraulic systems, minimizing leakage losses and supporting high-pressure, high-temperature service. Its cartridge format saves space and simplifies installation in custom manifolds and valve banks, making it well suited for industrial and mobile applications such as machine tools, presses and clamping systems, cylinder isolation and load-holding circuits, and construction or agricultural equipment where compact, robust directional control and fail-safe blocking are required.
