The Hyvair Proportional Relief Valve, Direct Acting HEDG-01D1PNT is for machine builders and controls engineers who need electronically variable hydraulic control.
The Hyvair HEDG-01 proportional relief valve, part number HEDG-01D1PNT, pairs a small DC solenoid with a direct acting relief to set pressure electronically, adjustable from 175 to 3600 psi at 950 mA rated current. It is built for very low flow duties such as pilot line pressure control or remote pressure compensator control, with flow up to 0.53 gpm.
This version comes without the built-in safety relief. It mounts on a standard D03 subplate, and mounting O-rings are furnished. An amplifier supplies the 0 to +10 VDC command signal, and the Hyvair EDAPD1NWZ amplifier can power it. Hysteresis is under 3% with 1% repeatability. Plumb the tank line directly back to tank.
The tank port is rated to 30 psi. Coil resistance is 10 ohms.
