The POR20-20FP-3K D03 Pilot Operated Relief Valve is a Hyvair POR20-series valve configured as a 1-1/4″ NPT female-pipe pilot-operated relief with integral solenoid pilot (suffix D03) and an adjustable pressure range of 1000–3500 psi (3K). It supports up to 100 gpm (minimum 4 gpm), includes a pressure adjustment handle and 1/4″ gauge/remote ports, can be vented for remote control, and is specified for petroleum-based fluids ISO VG32–68 with recommended 10‑micron filtration, 180°F max temperature and defined cold-start viscosity limits.
The pilot-operated architecture combined with the D03 solenoid provides stable, precise pressure regulation, fast response to transient conditions and remote/solenoid activation for system sequencing or emergency venting, helping protect pumps and downstream components from overpressure.
