The Hyvair Monoblock Manual Lever Valve HV21-2-2C is for equipment builders and maintenance technicians who need manual, lever-operated control of hydraulic circuits.
The Hyvair HV21 monoblock lever valve, part number HV21-2-2C, gives manual control of 2 spools, rated 21 gpm at up to 4500 psi with 3/4 in female SAE ports. Each spool is 3 position spring centered, and in center P is open to T while A and B are blocked.
A high strength cast iron body, hard chrome plated interchangeable spools, NBR seals and a load hold check valve suit hydraulic presses, tipping trucks, platforms and front-end loaders. The inlet relief adjusts from 500 to 5000 psi.
Maximum back pressure is 435 psi. Recommended filtration is β10 > 75. Fluid temperature range is -4 to 176 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 10 to 75 cSt.
