The Hyvair Modular Pressure Reducing Valve D03-PR1-P-1K is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D03 modular pressure reducing valve, part number D03-PR1-P-1K, lowers pressure in the P port, adjustable from 120 to 1000 psi. A 1/4 in female NPT gauge port lets you monitor the reduced pressure. It is rated at 6 gpm max, with a 5 gpm nominal flow rate.
The steel body mounts on the NFPA D03 / ISO 4401-03 pattern and is rated to 3000 psi. A uniform 1.57 in body thickness keeps stacks clean and reduces the number of bolt kits needed. The hand knob with locknut adjusts without tools.
Recommended filtration is 25 micron or less, ISO 18/15. Fluid temperature range is 40 to 160 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 300 SUS.
