The Hyvair DPGEE D05 proportional directional valve, part number DPGEE-10-3C2-75-D24-B1-N, controls both direction and flow of a hydraulic actuator from a 4 to 20 mA command signal, with 19.8 gpm nominal flow at a 145 psi valve pressure differential. On the 3C2 spool, all ports are blocked in neutral.
On-board electronics with electrical position feedback hold hysteresis to 0.1% max with reversal span and response sensitivity of 0.05% or better, and externally adjustable ramp and zero point settings allow adjustment in the field. It runs on 24 VDC, uses 100% duty solenoids, and is rated to 4568 psi.
