The POR20-12FP-1K Pilot Operated Relief Valve is a POR20-series, pilot-operated safety valve with 3/4″ female NPT ports and an adjustable 1K pressure range (350–1000 psi). It delivers up to 50 gpm (minimum flow 2.0 gpm for the 3/4″ size), is recommended for petroleum-based fluids ISO VG32–68, requires 10‑micron filtration, supports cold starts to 250 SUS, and has a maximum operating temperature of 180°F (82.2°C); the POR20 family also offers venting for remote pressure control and an optional D03 solenoid control for electrical operation.
Designed for stable pressure regulation and high-capacity relief with reduced chattering compared with direct-acting designs, the POR20-12FP-1K protects pumps and system components, dampens pressure spikes, and minimizes pump cycling—making it well suited for hydraulic power units, mobile equipment circuits, manifolds and other industrial hydraulic systems.
