The Hyvair HV39 sectional lever valve, part number HV39-3-2H, gives manual control of 3 spools, rated 39.6 gpm at up to 4640 psi with 1 in female SAE ports. Each spool is 3 position spring centered, and in center all ports are open.
The HV39 is the largest valve in the HV Series. A high strength cast iron body, hard chrome plated interchangeable spools, and a load hold check in each section suit wheel loaders, backhoes, garbage and roll-off trucks, presses and mining machinery. The inlet relief adjusts from 500 to 5000 psi.
Maximum back pressure is 435 psi. Seals are NBR. Recommended filtration is β10 > 75. Fluid temperature range is -4 to 176 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 10 to 75 cSt.
