This Hyvair D05 modular pilot operated relief valve, part number D05-POR1-PT-3K, limits pressure in the P to T path, adjustable from 500 to 3000 psi.
The steel body mounts on the NFPA D05 / ISO 4401-05 pattern and is rated to 3000 psi with 12 gpm nominal flow. A uniform 2.17 in body thickness keeps stacks clean and reduces the number of bolt kits needed. The hand knob with locknut adjusts without tools.
Recommended filtration is 25 micron or less, ISO 18/15. Fluid temperature range is 40 to 160 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 300 SUS.
